Concordia Identity Reference Model
From Project Concordia
In the October 7, 2008 conference call we decided to develop a Concordia Identity Reference Model. Marty Schleiff was asked to lead this effort.
During the telecon a variety of ideas were expressed about what should or shouldn't be in such a model. One idea was that it might be something like the OSI 7-layer reference model, another idea is that it might be more of a diagram than a simple stack. Whatever the direction, there seems to be a common desire that the result be more simple than complex.
Please use the discussion tab to suggest desired characteristics of the model, what you think the model should address, use cases to which you'd like to apply a model, and any other ideas that might help us figure out what we wish to accomplish.
Once we get a few people actively participating, and some content to discuss, we'll schedule some conference calls to augment the wiki discussion.
It was requested that a link to some prior work be included. Evolution (still incomplete) ofd the diagram below is blogged at: http://IdentityHappens.blogspot.com
