RSA workshop and Santa Clara dry-run logistics
As of 3 Mar 2008, 349 people have registered for the workshop, and 169 have opted in to sharing contact information with us.
Last-minute A/V requirements and issues are due no later than COB on 4 Mar 2008 (deadline has passed!).
For each of the seven confirmed scenario participants, the following "standard equipment" will be provided:
- 1 x 2 x 8 ft. table
- 21 in. monitor
- Power
- Wired Internet (note: no wifi access in this room)
- Network cables
- 1 x 1 power strip (6 outlets)
- USB keyboard and mouse (Britta has these)
We are in room 302 (+ 304) on the Esplanade level. A draft floor plan will be sent out.
Earliest access at Moscone is Sunday, 7 Apr 2008, at 1pm PST. We can stay late if we like. ;) Then again on Monday, April 7, 7am PST.
For the dry-run in Santa Clara on 11-14 Mar 2008, FuGen Solutions, Symlabs (at least the last two days), and likely Sun (can Pat confirm?) will be present. Internet2 will be prepared to do online testing during that time.
Scenario writeups
